  • 3 cups Basil Fresh, Lightly packed
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Freshly grated
  • 1/3 cup Pine nuts Toasted, Or any nuts of your choice
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil High quality


  1. In a blender or food processor, add basil, parmesan cheese, pine nuts, garlic, salt, pepper until finely chopped.

  2. Gradually pour olive oil, while the blender is still running.

  3. Continue blending for a few more seconds until mixture is mostly smooth.

  4. Be sure to scrape down the sides, a few times to mix everything smoothly. Enjoy!
