Instructions
Place cauliflower steaks on large baking trays, lined with aluminum foil. You may have to use two baking trays, depending on the size of your cauliflower.
Drizzle or brush olive oil on both sides of the cauliflowers.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning on both sides.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until bottom and edges are golden brown. Then, broil and bake for another 3-5 minutes until tops are golden brown and crispy too.
Top with parsley and parmesan cheese (optional).
Serve immediately and enjoy.
