3-4 pound Chuck roast 1 packet Ranch dressing mix 1 packet Au jus gravy mix 1/4 cup Butter Unsalted 6-7 Pepperoncini peppers
Place the roast in a slow cooker . Sprinkle the top with the ranch dressing mix and Aus jus dressing mix.
Place peppers and the butter on top.
Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours.
