Quick and easy grilled chicken recipe, homemade with simple ingredients in 30 minutes. Uses a dry rub of paprika, cumin, garlic, ginger, onion, coriander.

  • 1.5 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger powder
  • 1.5 tsp Onion powder
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 pounds Boneless chicken breasts
  • 1-2 tbsp Olive oil


  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine all the spices together.

  2. Sprinkle each side of chicken with this mixture.

  3. Drizzle oil on each side and rub everything evenly with your fingers. 

  4. Place these breasts on greased grill grates over direct heat at about 400 degrees. Close lid. Remember to keep one burner off for indirect heating.

  5. Cook each side for about 5-8 minutes, depending on the chicken's thickness.

  6. Move breasts over to indirect heat. Cover lid and continue cooking until internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached and chicken is done.

  7. Remove from grill and place on a cutting board. 

  8. Cover loosely with foil and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. 

  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and drizzle some lemon juice on top, if you like. Enjoy!
