Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add baby carrots, brown sugar, honey, salt, pepper, water and mix everything together.
Cover and cook for about 6-7 minutes.
Then, uncover and add jalapenos (optional) and mix.
Continue to cook uncovered for another 6-7 minutes or until the water is reduced and you end up with a thick syrup.
Garnish with dill. Enjoy!
