Quick and easy honey glazed carrots recipe, homemade with simple ingredients in one pot over stovetop in 30 minutes. A classic Thanksgiving side dish!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Butter Unsalted
  • 16 oz. Baby carrots E.g. 1 regular sized bag
  • 1.5 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To traste
  • 1/2 cup Water Or broth
  • 1 small Jalapeno Cut into 4 slices, Optional
  • 1/2 tsp Dill For garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  2. Add baby carrots, brown sugar, honey, salt, pepper, water and mix everything together. 

  3. Cover and cook for about 6-7 minutes.

  4. Then, uncover and add jalapenos (optional) and mix. 

  5. Continue to cook uncovered for another 6-7 minutes or until the water is reduced and you end up with a thick syrup.

  6. Garnish with dill. Enjoy!
