Ingredients

  • 3-4 pound Chuck roast
  • 1 packet Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet Au jus gravy mix
  • 1/4 cup Butter Unsalted
  • 6-7 Pepperoncini peppers

Instructions

  1. Place the roast in a slow cooker.

  2. Sprinkle the top with the ranch dressing mix and Aus jus dressing mix. 

  3. Place peppers and the butter on top. 

  4. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours. 

  5. Shred with 2 forks and enjoy!
