Ingredients

  • 2 packages Crescent roll dough Pillsbury's 8 count dough each
  • 1/3 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese Cut in half diagonally
  • 16 slices Corned beef slices Leftovers are great, Can also use pastrami or other smokes meat
  • 1 cup Sauerkraut  Drained and lightly squeezed dry with paper towels
  • 3 tbsp Everything but the bagel seasoning For topping, Optional

Instructions

  • Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 rectangles. See collage image above.
  • Spread a thin layer of dressing on top of the dough.
  • Place cheese slices on top of the dressing.
  • Place cooked beef slices on top of the dressing.
  • Spread a thin layer of sauerkraut on top of meat.
  • Roll up the dough in a jelly-roll style, starting with the short side.
  • Pinch end seam to seal dough.
  • Cut each roll in half with a sharp knife.
  • Place on a baking tray, lined with parchment paper.
  • Optional step: Sprinkle the top with Everything but the Bagel Seasoning.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 12-15 minutes or until tops are golden brown. Enjoy!

  • Tastes best when served immediately but leftovers can be stored in a sealed container in the fridge for up 2 days and reheated in the microwave.
