2slicesBreadToasted, Thickly sliced
1AvocadoLarge, Ripe
SaltTo taste
Toppings of your choiceE.g. crumbled bacon, fresh herbs and seasoning, red chili flakes, boiled egg, poached egg, fried egg. tomato slices e.t.c.
Instructions
Remove pit from avocado and use a big spoon to scoop out the flesh in a bowl.
Mash it with a fork until it's slightly chunky.
Sprinkle some salt and mix.
Spread it on top of the toasted bread slices.
Add any toppings you like and enjoy!
