One Pot Sausage Gravy
The best, classic, quick and easy sausage gravy recipe from scratch, homemade with simple ingredients in one pot over stovetop in 15 minutes. Rich, creamy, perfect with biscuits!
- 2 tbsp Butter Unsalted
- 1 pound Ground pork sausage Or beef sausage or any kind of ground sausage you like
- 1 clove Garlic Finely minced
- Salt To taste
- Pepper To taste
- 1/3 cup All-purpose flour
- 3 cups Milk Whole or 2%
Heat butter a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat.
Add sausage, garlic, salt, pepper and cook until no longer pink.
Add flour and mix.
Pour milk gradually and stir everything together.
Continue cooking, while stirring until mixture is thick and creamy. Enjoy!
