Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados Large, Peeled, Pitted, Diced
  • 1/2 cup Onion Preferably red, Finely chopped
  • 15 Cherry tomatoes Cut in half, or 1 large diced tomato
  • 1 Jalapeno Optional, Small, Finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Roughly chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp Lime zest Optional
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, add avocados, onion, tomatoes, jalapeno (optional) cilantro, 

  2. Drizzle lime juice, lime zest (optional), oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder.

  3. Mix everything together and serve immediately OR chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes to allow the flavors to deepen.
