Quick and easy whole roasted cauliflower recipe, made with simple ingredients in one pan in oven. Healthy and loaded with garlic butter and lemon zest.

Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower The biggest one you can find, Leaves trimmed
  • 1/4 cup Butter Unsalted, Softened
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Finely minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Parsley Dried or fresh
  • 1-2 tbsp Parmesan cheese For Garnish, Shredded

Instructions

  1. Place cauliflower on a baking tray.

  2. Using your fingers, rub butter all over until fully coated.

  3. Season with garlic, lemon zest, salt, pepper, paprika, parsley and rub it on top and bottom until fully coated. 

  4. Cover tray with aluminum foil. 

  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. 

  6. Then, remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes. 

  7. Then, broil for 5-8 minutes to get that perfect golden brown top. 

  8. Remove from oven and garnish with more parsley and parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
