Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl or salad bowl, add cucumbers, chickpeas, tomatoes, onions, peppers, parsley, olives, oil, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, red chili flakes, salt, pepper. 
  • Mix everything together until combined.
  • Toss feta cheese on top.
  • Cover and chill for 20-30 minutes. Enjoy!
