Classic, loaded, easy twice baked sweet potatoes recipe, homemade with simple ingredients in one pan. Stuffed with butter, marshmallows, pecans, cinnamon.

  • 4 medium Sweet potatoes Washed, Patted dry
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder
  • 4 tbsp Butter Unsalted, Cold, Cut into small slices
  • 2 cups Mini marshmallows
  • 1/3 cup Pecans Roughly chopped


  1. Rub oil all over the sweet potatoes and prick them randomly all over with a fork.

  2. Place them on a baking tray, lined with foil or parchment paper.

  3. Bake at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes or until they are tender.

  4. Remove from oven and let them cool for 10 minutes.

  5. Use a sharp knife to slice them in half, length wise.

  6. Use a fork to roughly mash the potato flesh.

  7. Sprinkle some cinnamon and nutmeg on each potato half.

  8. Top off with thin slices of butter.

  9. Cover the top with marshmallows and pecans.

  10. Broil for about 2 minutes or until marshmallows are toasted and golden brown.

  11. Serve immediately and enjoy!
