Ingredients

  • 2 Sweet potatoes Large, Washed, Patted dry, Cut into thick wedges
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Parsley Fresh, Roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Spread the wedges on a baking tray, lined with foil paper.

  2. Pour olive oil and sprinkle paprika, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and toss everything together until wedges are fully coated.

  3. Spread them out on the tray.

  4. Bake at 450 degrees F for 30 minutes.

  5. Then, broil for about 5 minutes or until tops of wedges are golden brown and crispy.

  6. Garnish with freshly parsley or basil. Enjoy!
