- 1 Brie cheese wheel 8-12 oz.
- ½ cup Apricot jam Or apricot preserves
- 1-2 tablespoon Dried cranberries The Trader Joe's orange flavored cranberries are incredible in this recipe, Adjust according to your preference
- 1-2 tablespoon Walnuts Roughly chopped, Adjust according to your preference
Place the brie in a small cast iron or oven-safe dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes or until it's soft and warm. You will know it's done when you tap it on the sides or the center and it wiggles slightly. That means the inside has melted nicely.
Remove from oven and add spoonfuls of apricot jam on top.
Sprinkle dried cranberries and walnuts.
Serve warm with crackers. Enjoy.
