- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 block Tofu Extra firm, Drained, Pressed, Cut into small 1 inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon Ginger Finely minced or paste
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Finely minced or paste
- ¼ cup Soy sauce Low sodium
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- ¼ cup Honey
- 3 tablespoon Sriracha Adjust based on your preferenc
- Salt To taste
- Pepper To taste
- ½ teaspoon Red chili flakes Optional
- 2 tablespoon Water
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds Toasted, For garnish
Heat sesame oil and olive oil in a nonstick saucepan over medium high heat. Add cubed tofu and saute until golden brown.
Add ginger, garlic and saue for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add soy sauce, vinegar, honey, Sriracha, salt, pepper, red chili flakes, water and cook until sauce is reduced and thickens to your desired consistency.
Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
