One Pan Cucumber Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Garlic herb cream cheese Full fat, Softened
  • 1 English cucumber Thinly sliced
  • 1 loaf White bread Sliced, Crusts removed
  • 2 tablespoon Dill Fresh, Finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Chives Fresh, Finely chopped

Instructions

  • Spread cream cheese mixture on one side of all the bread slices.
  • Place sliced cucumbers on top of half the bread slices.
  • Sprinkle dill and chives on top of the cucumbers.
  • Then, top off with remaining bread slices.
  • Cut each sandwich into 2 pieces or 3 pieces (if you want smaller finger sandwiches for appetizer). Enjoy!
