- 8 oz. Garlic herb cream cheese Full fat, Softened
- 1 English cucumber Thinly sliced
- 1 loaf White bread Sliced, Crusts removed
- 2 tablespoon Dill Fresh, Finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Chives Fresh, Finely chopped
Spread cream cheese mixture on one side of all the bread slices.
Place sliced cucumbers on top of half the bread slices.
Sprinkle dill and chives on top of the cucumbers.
Then, top off with remaining bread slices.
Cut each sandwich into 2 pieces or 3 pieces (if you want smaller finger sandwiches for appetizer). Enjoy!
