In a medium-size mixing bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream and mix until smooth.
Add cheddar cheese, ranch powder, bacon, green onions and mix until combined. If it's too thick, mix in a little milk or heavy cream.
Garnish with additional crumbled bacon and chopped green onions, if you like. Enjoy!
