Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a nonstick pot over medium high heat. Add chicken and saute until golden brown.
Add ginger and garlic and saute for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add soy sauce, vinegar, hoisin sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, brown sugar, salt, pepper, red chili flakes and mix until combined.
Dissolve cornstarch in water and pour this mixture in the pot and mix.
Cook uncovered for a few more minutes until liquid is reduced to your desired thickness.
Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Enjoy!
