Quick and easy tomato salad recipe that's fresh and healthy. It's loaded with parsley, lemon juice, cherry tomatoes and many simple variations are possible.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cherry tomatoes Cut in half
  • 1/4 cup Parsley Fresh, Finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice Or lime juice
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a salad bowl, add tomatoes, parsley, oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder. 

  2. Mix everything until fully combined.  

  3. Cover and chill for at least an hour to allow the flavors to deepen. Enjoy!
