Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1.5 pounds Sirloin steak Cut into small cubes
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste
  • ½ teaspoon Onion powder Optional
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoon Butter Unsalted
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley Fresh, Finely chopped

Instructions

  • Add oil in a nonstick pan over high heat.
  • Add steak cubes.
  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, onion powder, dried parsley. 
  • Cook for a few minutes until golden brown (takes about 3-4 minutes).
  • Add butter and garlic. 
  • Cook for about 2 minutes, stirring often, until butter is fully melted and garlic is fragrant. 
  • Sprinkle fresh parsley and serve immediately.
