- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1.5 pounds Sirloin steak Cut into small cubes
- Salt To taste
- Pepper To taste
- ½ teaspoon Onion powder Optional
- 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
- 2 tablespoon Butter Unsalted
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Finely minced
- 1 tablespoon Parsley Fresh, Finely chopped
Add oil in a nonstick pan over high heat.
Add steak cubes.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, onion powder, dried parsley.
Cook for a few minutes until golden brown (takes about 3-4 minutes).
Add butter and garlic.
Cook for about 2 minutes, stirring often, until butter is fully melted and garlic is fragrant.
Sprinkle fresh parsley and serve immediately.
