One Pan Roasted Cauliflower Steak

  • Place cauliflower steaks on large baking trays, lined with aluminum foil. You may have to use two baking trays, depending on the size of your cauliflower.
  • Drizzle or brush olive oil on both sides of the cauliflowers.
  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning on both sides.
  • Bake at 425 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until bottom and edges are golden brown. Then, broil and bake for another 3-5 minutes until tops are golden brown and crispy too.
  • Top with parsley and parmesan cheese (optional).
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
