- To make pinwheels or pizza rolls- unrollĀ the dough, spread pizza sauce and toss all the toppings you like. Then, roll the puff pastry from one end to the other into a log shape. Use a sharp knife to slice 1 inch circles and place them on a baking tray and bake until golden brown.

Ingredients
- 1 package Puff pastry 2 sheets, Thawed
- 1 cup Pizza sauce
- ¼ cup Pepperoni Mini slices
- ¼ cup Onions Thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Green peppers Thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Black olives
- ¼ cup Pineapple chunks
- 1 tablespoon Red chili flakes
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Freshly shredded
- 1 cup Mexican cheese blend
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese For sprinkling on top
Instructions
- Unroll the two puff pastry sheets and cut out 12 square pieces for each sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce on each piece.
- For the classic cheese version, toss Mexican cheese blend on top of the sauce.
- For the sweet and spicy version, toss some pineapple chunks, red chilli flakes and mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- For the vegetable version, toss some green peppers, onions, olives and mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza sauce.
- For the pepperoni version, toss some mini pepperoni slices and mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza sauce.
- Place the pizza tarts on a baking tray, lined with parchment paper or sprayed with oil.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for about 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Serve and enjoy.
